  欢迎使用 PH10 米支架自动气象站安装手册,本手册将会指导您完成 10 米 支架的安装,在实际安装 10 米支架前希望您能将本手册详细的阅读一遍,方便 您后期的安装工作顺顺利利地进行。本手册是按照安装的先后顺序所编写的,如果未按 照安装顺序来安装可能会导致安装工作无法正常进行。以下是常见传感器及设 备:

  在距离支架主体预 埋件土坑的边缘约 2 米处 挖 一 个 深 度 0.6 米 的 土 坑,土坑的长宽不限。这 个土坑是安装避雷针接 地线角钢的,土坑不用灌 水泥,为后期安装做准 备。在安装防雷地基时, 由于支架预埋件丝杆长 度不够,需要在支架预埋 件丝杆上焊接延长角钢, 连接地网,以确保是一个 完整的避雷线路。注:以 上各土坑的尺寸可参照 下面的地基制作的剖面 图和俯视图。

  注:一定要保证支架主体预埋件露出水泥地面的4根丝杆长度为80mm,否则在 后期安装过程中很可能会导致4米杆的底座无法顺利穿过丝杆,使得支架安装失 败。 3.1.2、拉索预埋件地基

  以支架主体安装的地方中心点为圆心,4米为半径的圆周上取3等分点,在这3 个点分别挖3个长宽都为0.3米,深度为0.5米的正方形土坑,往土坑中倒水泥浆, 并将拉索的T字形预埋件埋在土坑中,只需保证拉索预埋件的一个孔露出水泥地 面即可。水泥需与水平地面相持平。 3.1.3、雨量传感器地基

  3.1.1、支架主体地基 在安装 支架主体的中心 位置挖一个长、 宽都为 1米,深 度0.8米的方 形土坑

  (注:方形土坑的一边朝向正北方即可,方便后期指北针安装时的定北),将配 送的防雷网按图示钉入地基内,再将预埋件水平固定在防雷网上端,最后往土坑 里面倒入800mm深的水泥浆(灌水泥的过程中一定要保证支架预埋件保持水平)。
